Messe Dusseldorf GmbH, the German-based part of the company, generated sales of approximately $399 million, up from $327 million in 2006. These sales figures include approximately $300 million from the company's own shows as well as $34.5 million from guest events and other sales.
The company's international activities (excluding foreign subsidiaries)generated sales of $65 million, up from $61 million in 2006.
The company's consolidated subsidiaries generated $146 million in sales, up from $142 million in 2006.
The company hosted 19 of its own events and 15 partner events at its location in Dusseldorf. Some of its largest shows included the plastics trade show “K” and the medical trade show MEDICA.
The company's leading foreign subsidiaries include its activities in the Czech Republic, Russia and China.
