Effective October 2010, Jonathan Cohen is appointed European business leader for Advanced Interlayers at DuPont Glass Laminating Solutions.

Jonathan replaces Michael Fehlings, who has held this position since 2007 and will move to the role of European business leader for Photovoltaic Encapsulant Materials within the same business.

Advanced Interlayers provides glass solutions for architectural applications, hurricane/storm protection, security and marine purposes. Following products belong to the Advanced Interlayers business: DuPont™ SentryGlas®, Spallshield®, Wedge™ and SentryGlas® Expressions™ digital safety glass interlayer technology.

Jonathan brings with him twelve years of marketing, sales, business and product management experience in the food, retail, packaging and automotive industries in Europe and the USA.

Michael Fehlings is appointed European business leader for photovoltaic encapsulant materials. DuPont offers the solar industry’s widest range of encapsulants for traditional and thin film photovoltaic module design. Such materials are key to increasing module durability and production efficiency, as well as significantly enhancing their long-term power generating efficiency.
