LiSEC has been named ‘Austria's Best Managed Company 2025’. This competition was organised by Deloitte Austria, Raiffeisen Landesbank Niederösterreich-Wien and the business magazine trend.

This prestigious award recognises companies that demonstrate outstanding corporate management, sustainable strategies and a strong corporate culture.

The selection process included a detailed application form and in-depth expert interviews, accompanied by Deloitte. Among other things, strategic orientation, innovative strength, governance structures and the ability to develop in a future-oriented manner in a dynamic environment were evaluated.

LiSEC pursues a holistic management approach based on its own history, the entrepreneurial environment and the culture it lives by. The aim is to sustainably develop the business model, the working environment and the role of the company in the overall socio-ecological-economic system.

For LiSEC, good corporate governance means

  • setting clear strategic guidelines,
  • delegating responsibility,
  • creating a common understanding,
  • and leading by example.

For LiSEC, this award is not only confirmation that it is on the right track, but also an incentive to continue shaping the future with innovative strength, responsibility and vision.
