Introducing Phoenicias' new look

Date: 14 September 2013

You may have already noticed that we have a new company name, and now we would like to introduce to you our new look.

We feel our new design perfectly represents the nature of our work while, at the same time, covering the elements which comprise the four basic ingredients of the high-quality glass we produce. As we have become well-established in this business, we feel it is important that we do not sit back and rest on our laurels. We are fortunate to have an excellent customer base, but there is still plenty of room for expansion, while maintaining the reasons of our success.

We recently implemented an in-depth study of our business to help us identify our core strengths and also our weaknesses , and we feel that the four elements pictured here are also a true representation of our working practices and philosophies. From both this study, and also customer feedback, we have learned that those characteristics of our working practices which appeal most to everyone, be they suppliers or customers (we value both equally), are fairness, creativity, daringness and commitment.

Here at Phoenicia our commitment and values start high up at management level, where we only employ men and women who share them. This is how we have managed to maintain a consistently high level of service to our clients.

The values that we hold dear are ingrained in everyone who works here. They are not something you can teach as they should come naturally to anyone who cares about what they do, and who they do it for.
