Hazlemere Commercial have followed up their recent £1/4m+ windows and doors refurbishment contract at Braunstone Frith School in Leicester, with another successful tender to Leicester City Council for a £210,000 + VAT replacement windows and doors programme at Uplands Junior L.E.A.D. Academy School.

Hazlemere Commercial have been appointed as the Principal Contractors on this refurbishment project which also involves the safe removal and dispoal of high grade notifiable asbestos. The overall works involve multiple sub-contractors, all of whom will be supervised by Hazlemere Commercial’s team of experienced Project Managers.

This particular replacement fenestration project at Uplands Junior Academy in Leicester requires Hazlemere Commercial to manufacture and install a wide range of different aluminium window profiles to suit the existing window apertures and designs.

The aluminium fenestration products that Hazlemere will be fabricating and fitting during 2018 are Sapa DF75 Si window wall, Sapa Dualslide vertical sliding sash aluminium windows, Sapa Stormframe STII aluminium entrance doors and Sapa Dualslide horizontally sliding aluminium double glazed windows.
