New Resources and Tools Demonstrate the ShowerGuard Difference - Guardian has launched its newly redesigned ShowerGuard website for North America – – with improved organization, navigation and usability and an enhanced dealer locator to help customers find a ShowerGuard Registered Dealer near them.  Visitors to the site are also able to claim a $25 rebate if they recently purchased a ShowerGuard product from a Registered Dealer. Guardian ShowerGuard uses a patented ion beam technology to permanently seal the surface of the glass for lasting beauty and less maintenance. The upgraded site has new menu options organized by five key topic areas – Why ShowerGuard, Products, Photo Gallery, Care & Cleaning and Where to Buy – helping consumers, dealers and other visitors quickly find the information they need to understand and purchase ShowerGuard glass. “One of the most visited areas of our site is our Dealer Locator tool, which allows users to search for ShowerGuard dealers nearest to their zip code,” explains Chris Dolan, Director for Marketing for Guardian North America Flat Glass. “We have redesigned it to display faster, more accurate results, as well as give consumers the ability to view ratings dealers have received.

We think this allows consumers to find the best dealer and recognize exceptional customer service.”


The relaunch of included a comprehensive evaluation of the existing website, including interviews with ShowerGuard Registered Dealers and key customers to ensure the new site would be the most comprehensive resource available to industry and glass professionals.

“This site was redesigned with both the consumer and the dealer in mind,” says Dolan. “Our new photo gallery shows consumers ShowerGuard products in real home environments and promotes the dealers that installed the projects.”


The Photo Gallery now includes an increased social aspect, allowing users to share the photos they like on their personal Pinterest pages. is being relaunched in conjunction with the introduction of Guardian ShowerGuard Low-Iron, a new product for North America that combines Guardian’s popular ShowerGuard coating with a new low-iron float glass. ShowerGuard Low-Iron reduces the greenish cast of standard float glass for enhanced clarity, allowing the design and color of showers and bathrooms to shine through. With its more neutral edge color, ShowerGuard Low-Iron is ideal for clear, frameless enclosures. It is available in 10 mm and 12 mm thicknesses.

All ShowerGuard products are offered with a Lifetime Limited Warranty. Consumers are able to register their warranty, as well as rate their dealer, on the new ShowerGuard website.
