Fuyao Glass Industry To Issue RMB 800 Mln In Financing Bills

Aug. 18, 2009 (China Knowledge) - Fuyao Glass Industry Group Co Ltd, China's biggest windshield maker, announced that it will issue 365-day financing bills on the interbank market on Aug. 24, sources reported.

The company hopes to raise up to RMB 800 million through the issuance. The bills will become tradable on Aug. 26, and both the value date and the payment due date will be Aug. 25, according to the company's statement. The financing bills will be issued at face value and the yield will be determined in the process of book building.
