In a recent contract, window, door and conservatory fabricator, frameXpress has supplied all the products for a bespoke project in Cambridgeshire.

Valued in the region of £12,000 the company supplied a variety of windows and composite doors for a striking private new build studio in the grounds of a private home. The installation required a number of very specific items to be incorporated including three composite doors, two sets of bi-fold doors as well as a number of Masterframe vertical sliders.
Wishing to benefit from the views of the rolling Cambridgeshire countryside which surrounds the property, the homeowner had been extremely precise regarding the products he wished to be installed. The new studio has been built to exacting standards using products entirely from the frameXpress range. The installation is considered a major investment to extend and improve the existing home as well as to add substantial value to the property.

Having reviewed the market the homeowners stated that only the best products were to be installed. The studio now benefits from vast light and soundproofing thanks to the installation of thermally efficient products from the frameXpress portfolio. The diversity of the frameXpress range is encouraging customers to develop their business potential, enabling them to look at more diverse sectors of the building and renovation markets.

Ian Davis, Sales Manager at frameXpress comments, “For individual new build properties and refurbishment projects our broad choice of products is proving very popular. This enables our customers to add touches of distinction at affordable prices. However, our customers need more than that and we are proud of the breadth of choice we can offer for such bespoke installations as the Cambridgeshire project.”

The frameXpress team works diligently on all sized projects, to ensure that customers get the quality products they ordered in the shortest time or to suit their schedules. The Midlands based fabricator has seen increased orders month on month over the last 12 months with both new and existing customers in and around the UK. The positive results have been realised through consistent quality care which frameXpress places as a priority.

Ian Davis, continues, “Individual projects such as this are a growing market area, all of which is being driven by the consumer realising the benefits of high performance products. Renovations have become big business as homeowners grasp that they can achieve their dream home by adapting and developing their existing properties.” He concludes, “Increasingly the consumer is driving market direction for builders and installers and supplying to their demands is key to increasing sales and gaining referrals for everyone in an aggressive market. Given the range and experience frameXpress is well placed to offer the best products at the right price to a consumer led market.”
