Edgetech I.G. is expanding its presence in China with a local, dedicated support team. Last year, the company added Xu Haiyan as technical manager and, more recently, hired Ranchy Tsui as regional sales manager.

As the marketplace in China is evolving toward high-performance fenestration products, it is important for us to have a local infrastructure in place to provide the best possible support to our customers and prospects in the region,” said Ramsey Bader, director, international sales and marketing. “Both Ranchy Tsui and Xu Haiyan are highly experienced professionals who have immediately made a positive impact on our service levels. We are fortunate to have them on board.”
Ranchy Tsui recently joined Edgetech as regional sales manager covering China and Southeast Asia. He has worked in the fenestration industry for more than five years and is currently the co-owner of Fenstek International, which specializes in providing complete system solutions to window companies. Tsui’s affiliation with Fenstek also provides Edgetech the advantage of added support in the areas of technical service and sales.
In his role as regional sales manager, Tsui is responsible for developing Edgetech’s market opportunities and providing local support for existing customers in the region. He is based in Jinan, China.
With more than three years of industry experience in technical support, Xu Haiyan joined Edgetech in 2009 as technical manager. With expertise in manufacturing and the latest industry standards, Haiyan is responsible for supporting Edgetech’s sales team and customers throughout China.
