MIDLAND — Silicone construction sealant manufactured by Dow Corning Corp. helped create the most inclined, and one of the most unique, towers in the world.

The Capital Centre development in Abu Dhabi features a facade constructed from 23,000-square-meters of glass and steel, according to AMEinfo.com, a Middle East business website. The building is 35 stories high and 160 meters tall, with floor plates staggered from the tenth floor upwards that gives off a different appearance when viewed from any direction.
