Gary Dean, chief executive officer of Bohle America in Charlotte, N.C., will step down this spring. The company issued a statement on Dean's departure: "Dean has been widely praised for his leadership in the development and successful growth of the Bohle company in the U.

K. and the positive influence he has had on the Bohle Group as a whole during his tenure.His departure will leave a big gap in the organization. A well-versed sales manager of the Bohle Group leads the sales team until Dean's replacement is found. Arne Kloefkorn, who shared responsibilities together with Gary Dean, will remain president of the company."
