Motilal Oswal HQ is one of the brightest sparks of fresh, contemporary glass façade design in Mumbai.

The building is complete with modern,energy efficient feature and a fair blend of modern trends and corporate sophistication. Motilal Oswal HQ - Via Saint Gobain Glass India Flickr PhotostreamGlass was used extensively for the project.Most prominent areas of application included glass façade and skylights. While the building is quite literally enveloped in glass, the Sky-lounge is an awe inspiring 5500 sq.ft. glass habitat with a height of nearly 80 ft., covered with glass above renders an uninterrupted sky-view.

KT 440 – Nano Green for both the facades and skylights. Nano is a high performance glass that has a very low solar factor, and a low e value (high thermal insulation). It thus contributed to high energy efficiency of the building. Laminated solar control glass is used for skylights.
