CSR Limited (CSR) today announced the completion of the sale of the Viridian Glass (Viridian) business to Crescent Capital Partners.

The agreement to sell Viridian was announced on 28 November 2018 with the transaction completed in line with the terms included in that announcement.



CSR is progressing with the sale process for the Viridian industrial property at Ingleburn, NSW, which it retained as part of the transaction.
