The Bystronic glass Technology Centre Armatec celebrated its 25th anniversary at the same time as inaugurating a new production hall and a new administrative building last September.

The Swiss company Conzzeta AG, which has been associated with Armatec Vierhaus GmbH for five years, invested six million Euros in the new site.

In an area of approximately 10,200 square metres, visitors to the celebrations were able to admire an administrative building with its imposing glass front and look inside the new spick and span production hall. However, the construction phase in Gunzenhausen is not yet complete: An additional three million Euros will be spent on the subsequent expansion of the production areas, work on which has already started. "This extension now provides us with the space to easily adapt our production for large demand", explains Bernd Bedner, Managing Director of Armatec Vierhaus GmbH.

The celebrations were correlated with an open day and held in the prestigious, new production areas. Families and friends of all employees were invited to get an idea of the company and the new site. The company employees as well as the Board of Directors of Conzzeta AG and the management of the Bystronic glass Group finished off the day with a festive get-together in the evening.
