Bucher Emhart Glass and Kuehne + Nagel announce their cooperation

Bucher Emhart Glass is happy to announce that Kuehne + Nagel was selected to be the warehouse partner for their Parts Distribution Center.   Operations in Kuehne + Nagel’s shared facility located in Contern/Luxembourg started on October 7, 2013.





The logistics company provides Bucher Emhart Glass a range of warehousing solutions including spare parts logistics, kitting and other value-added services.



Luxembourg is the ideal location for both the Bucher Emhart Glass customers as well as the suppliers. It minimizes the transportation time and distances by offering excellent sea, air and overland transportation access.



“With this warehouse operation in Luxembourg, we are closer to all our customers, in particular to our major customer base in Europe”, says William Gruninger, Vice President After Sales of Bucher Emhart Glass.



Order handling will continued to be done by the Bucher Emhart Glass “Customer Contacts Parts” group who are also supporting the customers with technical inquiries and administrative paperwork.
