As part of the agreement, both A+W and Smart-Builder have developed a certified interface that allows a seamless integration from the Smart-Builder configurators into the A+W ERP and production systems, allowing customers to design frameless glass structures (such as showers, shopfronts, balustrades, and splashbacks).Customers can then create a quotation and order based on the detailed design, and real purchasing and manufacturing costs, quoting not only a price, but also a delivery date based on available capacity, logistics and manufacturing constraints. The order is then released for production, optimizing material and production cost.

The combined solution has been installed at the glass division of the Saint Gobain Group (SGG), a leader in building materials.
