Ardagh Supports Glass Packaging Institute Launch of ‘Upgrade to Glass’ Website

Date: 18 September 2015

We are pleased to announce that the Ardagh-supported Glass Packaging Institute (GPI) has launched Upgradetoglass.com, a consumer-targeted, mobile-friendly lifestyle website to accompany its “Upgrade to Glass” campaign.

The website calls for consumers to 'upgrade to glass', using content that reflects innovations and trends around food and beverages packaged in glass. The site also shares fun, user-friendly sustainability and health facts around the benefits of glass.

Over time, GPI will introduce new content and mini-campaigns to keep consumers engaged. By creating a shareable, consumer-friendly site, GPI aims to expand the reach of its messages and support GPI’s core strategic priority to promote glass packaging with the aim of increasing demand.
