Adalis is Now H.B. Fuller Adhesive Coated Solutions

Date: 3 July 2013

We are excited to announce that on June 2, 2013, Adalis Corporation joined the H.B. Fuller legal entity worldwide and became the business unit referred to internally as, “H.B.

Fuller, Adhesive Coated Solutions”.

While Adalis has been a wholly owned subsidiary of H.B. Fuller since 1973, the merger and rebranding makes sense both for our business and for our customers. For one thing, our new name better reflects who we are and what we do. In addition, Adalis and H.B. Fuller have always shared a commitment to providing innovative packaging solutions to customers around the world. Now we believe we can do that even better.

The advantages to customers are many. As we continue to expand our technology, we can better serve customers through the power of H.B. Fuller’s global infrastructure. For example, we can provide a better eStore, new website, improved marketing communications and social media, global supply chain, expanded R&D capabilities and access to a larger Quality/ISO system. We also can offer extended hours of accessibility to our adhesives customer service groups, which operate in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota.; Mindelo, Portugal; and Shanghai, China.

While our company name and logo are changing, we will maintain our strongest brand. Sesame® Tape and Open-Sesame® Tape are well known in the packaging and plywood composing industries. We will continue to sell these solutions under their existing brand names, and you can rest assured they will provide the same exceptional performance you have come to expect.

We are excited about these changes and the opportunities to better serve our customers around the world. For more information about H.B. Fuller, visit us @ www.hbfuller.com. Or, feel free to contact us to discuss how our adhesive coated solutions can meet your packaging needs.
