Fogged up display cases

I am hoping someone here can help. I have a 25 foot single pane glass display case that holds 26 flavors of rice pudding. The inside of the case is refrigerated to keep the product cold (which works well), but the issue has become the outside part of the display case. There is a tremendous amount of condesation & it looks like a sweaty beer bottle. I am looking for almost ANY way to resolve this issue. Any ideas? Thanks

Information required urgently

I was wondering if anyone knows where I could find information about any of the following aspects of glass:

- Harvesting/mining/conversion (how to get the raw materials)
- Defects
- Testing (types of tests carried out and what they determine)
- Degradation + preservation
- Compatibiility with other materials
- Fire protection
- Installation
- Recyclability
- Costs comparisons with other materials that perform similar functions

ANY help at all would be GREATLY appreciated, thank you for your time.

Glass panels for decking

Instead of using wooden panels or ballustrades/ spindles for a decked area I would like to use glass square or rectangle panels supported between posts. What do I need to consider to achieve this? Are there companies out there who can provide this product? The effect I am after is similar to that you see on designer balconies of modern apartments etc.

Surface Defects

Tempered glass can collect microfines from dirty rollers when it passes through the lehr. When cool these become permanently embedded in the surface. If you drag a penny across a dry surface it sounds like sandpaper. When removing anything with even a plastic scraper the microfines are dislodged and dragged, resulting in billions of very fine scratches. These defective surfaces can be very problematic. I was wondering if any window manufacturers have had any experience with them?
