Dear All

I want to get in touch with glass low E manufacturers. Please contact me.
We are currently design a 400 room hotel. Due to fire regulation the fire brigade requires access to each room through the facade. The glass will be silk-screened and therefore tempered. The local fire brigade does not accept breaking tempered glass in a rescue situation. We are looking for documentation on how tempered glass may be broken most efficiently.
My company buys small glass plates. The plates are either 1/4 or 3/16 thick and measure 1.5" x 4.5". Local glass cutters are indiffernt about providing these parts in spite of the pretty hefty price they charge. Is anyone out there interested in doing this kind of work. We buy small quantities of 50 to 100 pieces per order. Seems like a good way to profit from off cuts to me.

when our glass afer tempered , there is a fog line on the glass, if the glass is big would be two lines on the glass. The line always on the same place when tempered,if do the curved tempered glass, the line would be conspicuous. our technicians try to find the reason, and invite many technicians to help, but it is fail.
If someone can give us suggestions, thanks very much.
