I want to know that .could some one tell me about that?

On our glass tempering furnace, we are seeing marks on the thick float we have never seen before. from 12mm to 19mm glass there is almost a pitting that occurs. the weird thing is that it looks like debris ot dust but there is nothing there to the touch. Its almost like the rollers themselves have imprinted the marks onto the glass. we have cleaned the rollers several times but this does not seem to help. the exit temp. of glass is 618-620 , so its not over heating. please assist where possible.

We are using so2 in order to keep heat stains from adhering to glass. our problem is this is not always effective in preventing this problem. we have increased the flow of so2 without decreasing the incidents of stain. any suggestions?

The tempering process (horizontal) is leaving white marks (haze) on the flatter side of patterned glass (aquatex, rain). We are not having a problem with pattern 62 since its underside is completely flat but the others do not have a completely flat side. The flatter side is placed down for the process and the rollers are scorching the "convex teets" (for lack of proper/better terminology). We have attempted raising the convection air supply, wave speed in furnace and drastically lower bottom temperatures, all to no avail.

hi i have had a glass table for a while now and it was scratched very bad so i rang up my insurance company to replace the glass and they said they would and fit it aswell. But just recently i am having problems to get them motivated to fit it. Is it an easy job to do and how is the glass table top stuck to the rest of the table is it with glue or somthing else any help would be appriciated thank you.

Now many people bought the glass shower hinges, patch fittings, glass clamp, shower door knobs, glass pull handles for they bathroom, do you bought it ? what is your opinion ?
