PVB , this name is unknown to most of us , but you can find it every day in almost every where : the windshield glass of car , the glass curtain wall of the high-rise buildings , The bulletproof glass of bank counter and the guardrail of your balcony … inside the glass , there is an invisible interlayer of PVB.

We are looking for a company that can teach us to do special finishes like marble, quartz effect. We will use our existing paint but for the materials needed for marble or quartz effect will be bought.

I would like to know the formula in producing my own glazing putty.Does anybody have the formula that I could try out

1.Conventional diamond segmented saw blade manufacture involves dry mixing diamond particles with metal powders, pressing and then heating to produce the finished segment which is then brazed onto the sawblade blank. The main drawback to this method is that the diamond particles are randomly
distributed throughout the segment and each individual particle, therefore, is not subjected to the same cutting force throughout the cutting operation.
