Glass breakages after 6 to 12 months of installation

All are of the contention that post installation breakages happen only due to Nickel sulfide. My argument is slightly different it can be due to an installation error and a major factor as something called settling down / deflections to the whole structure. If anybody has similar or difference in opinion or experience Please do join in. Glass spec is 6 mm FT +1.52 SGP + 10 mm FT not heat soaked with four holes and (fixed) non articulated spiders from Dorma.

Scratches on LowE glass

Hello everybody!

We are tempering a lot of soft coated glass.
After some testing we have decided to use corrugated cardboard to separate the different glass units on the production racks.

Nevertheless we are not fully happy with this solution because we discover some scratches caused by the paper.

Therefore we would be happy if other users could let us know what they are using to separate the glass in production.
