Obtains acknowledgement as “Customer Center of Expertise Primary Certification” This distinction emphasizes the company’s commitment to the daily improvement of their technological solutions and to the advancement of the corporation’s operative levels.

San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, Mexico, May 08, 2012.- Vitro wishes to inform it has been awarded the Customer Center of Expertise Primary Certification by SAP, for complying with all of the support infrastructure, processes and requirements made by SAP to its users.



After receiving this certification, Humberto Figueroa, Vice President of Vitro IT said: “This is an important accomplishment that helps us provide certainty on the stability of the platform and thus, validates the processes we follow in BASIS, Operations, Support and Projects in order to address and resolve in a high quality and effective manner, the problems and requirements of all internal and external clients that use our SAP platform:”



He added that Vitro wields the elements needed to guarantee the continuous improvement and the quality of the processes under which SAP operates. The certification was accomplished after a series of evaluations of the operative, administrative and support processes.

This recognition delivered by SAP is a certification that highlights the commitment of the Company to consistently improve its technological and operative solutions.
