Thermally broken systems, as well as screw-spline assembled storefront and curtain wall products, further enhance design and construction flexibility. Impact-resistant systems are planned for availability this summer.

“The introduction of the architectural aluminum products is in alignment with our strategy to be a full-service supplier to the glazing community, says Arturo Carrillo, President and CEO of Vitro America. “In addition, this allows us to have more control of the quality of our service and lead times, which improves our ability to meet or exceed the needs of our customers.” The Classic Line™ Series 200, 300 and 500 entrances incorporate a unique corner block construction with an interlocking design, mechanical fasteners and backup plates. This type of door corner construction ensures structural integrity and eliminates the need for welded corners, enabling the glazing contractor to modify the doors quickly by taking them apart and cutting them down to size, as needed. Vitro America backs each entrance door it sells with a limited lifetime warranty.
