Innotech Windows + Doors partnered with Greyback Construction to supply the windows and doors for the many phases in the development.

Skaha Hills is a multi-phase development in British Columbia’s sunny South Okanagan. Located on the hillside above the City of Penticton, the 550-acre master planned community has quickly become one of the Okanagan’s most-desired real estate.

And it’s easy to see why: beautiful energy-efficient homes in a carefully planned community offer stunning lake views in one of the Province’s hottest vacation destinations.

Innotech Windows + Doors partnered with Greyback Construction to supply the windows and doors for the many phases in the development.

The latest phase features two multi-family buildings aptly named The Vistas. Each 4-storey building has 12 units with very large covered decks. All units are sold and move-in to the first building has begun!
