As the world’s leading testing service provider to the solar industry, TÜV Rheinland is launching a comprehensive information service for economic and specialist journalists at the Intersolar Europe 2012 trade fair: TÜV Rheinland‘s Media Center Solar Testing at www.tuv.com/en/media-solar provides a wide range of online press information about quality and safety trends for solar modules, components and large-scale photovoltaic plants.

There are also numerous press photos available for download with images from the solar test centres. Rough-cut TV footage (13:58 minutes) of various qualities and formats is also available for download, showing images from the TÜV Rheinland solar test centre and the testing of a solar power plant.

TÜV Rheinland experts will be on hand to provide background information and give interviews at the Intersolar Europe 2012 trade fair in Munich from 13 to 15 June 2012 in hall A5, stand 253. TÜV Rheinland’s hot topics are new testing programmes for photovoltaic modules with specific requirements as well as diverse services for supporting investors and project management organisations in planning and operating major power plants.
