TruFrame announced a brand new £3.2 million programme to update the production process.

TruFrame are finding new ways to improve the quality of products they offer, building upon a product foundation that already boasts an impressive degree of reliability, performance, and design. We have recently announced a brand new £3.2 million programme to update the production process, enhancing our produce even further.

Entitled the CAPEX programme, we have so far installed and commissioned three Urban AKS 1150 single-head butt welders, which feature a weld restriction of 0.2mm for improved finish. We are also working on a new Rotox EKA 574 CNC corner, transom and crucifix cleaner to support two Rotox SEK 503 crucifix welders released in the summer.

Within the allocated budget, there will include a brand-new welding and machinery facility, offering an innovative space to install likeminded leading edge technologies. The current state-of-the-art factory in Melton Mowbray is 50,000 sq ft, with potential to expand.

Managing Director of TruFrame David Firmager commented:

“This investment programme is a fundamental part of our vision for the future at TruFrame. This substantial outlay has a number of facets to it, including the improvement of manufacturing processes, staying ahead of our peers in terms of product quality and ultimately, putting the resources in place for the future of the business. We’ve also spent some time putting into place a new board of experienced directors, with just one new appointment to conclude.”

This large investment shall go a long way to reaching these goals, while the ‘Building for the Future’ strategy works in conjunction to complete these outcomes. Working with the top directors, TruFrame is incredibly organised in preparation of what’s on the horizon.

Our happy customers pay testimony to that. We believe in delivering high quality goods and dedicated customer service throughout, which is why we have implemented a large investment in this programme. We're always looking to enhance what we can offer.

TruFrame are proud to be the largest fabricator nationwide of uPVC profiles from Liniar. Our manufacturing process is tailored to accommodate for these eco-friendly profiles. With all the new tools and procedures in place, we aim to improve in this department.

Our uPVC products achieve a wide selection of accreditations marking their incredible performance. We are the most forward thinking company on the market, meaning we utilise techniques that make us stand out. We have invested an impressive amount, assuring you that the outcome will be a better, wider service for all of our customers.

Above all else, we are renowned for our highly-secure frames, which receive Secured by Design certification. We implement world-class Yale security locking mechanisms during the manufacturing process to enhance the innate robustness of our Liniar uPVC profile.

At TruFrame, we offer the latest advances in double glazing technology, as we continue to improve on our services and set the bar higher than ever before. Our CAPEX programme reinstates this dedication to delivering incredibly modern products.

With this investment, TruFrame shall be offering more to our customers across the board. We promise competitive prices now and in the future for all of our uPVC products, ensuring high quality at good value.
