Trade fabricator and vertical slider specialist Warwick Specialist Window Division has become the latest fabricator to add the Spectus Mechanically Jointed Vertical Slider to its portfolio.

Aaron Fountain, Managing Director of Warwick said: “We’re proud to have been manufacturing the Spectus Vertical Slider since 2001 and recognise it as the best in class. The mechanically jointed version takes the window to the next level.”

Aaron comments on the changing nature of the market and says the Spectus Mechanically Jointed VS offers exactly what is needed.

“Until recently, mechanically jointed Vertical Sliders were considered the window of choice for the heritage market but the move towards higher-end products across the board is making a big difference. These days, we’re just as likely to be asked for a mechanically jointed VS for a new build or retail project as we are for a heritage one. Whatever the scenario, the Spectus Mechanically Jointed VS delivers what’s required.”

Spectus’ Mechanically Jointed Vertical Slider was launched last year and has received plaudits ever since. It builds on the unparalleled authenticity of the standard Spectus Vertical Slider with the addition of full mechanical jointing to the sash and outer frame.

The window was already renowned as the PVC-U window that changes planning officers’ minds and with the introduction of the mechanically jointed version there can be few objections left – although, as Aaron says, it’s no longer seen as a window for heritage installations alone.

Warwick Specialist Window Division has been a Spectus fabricator since 2001 and enjoys a strong relationship thanks to the quality of the product and support on offer.

Warwick has built a business on offering competitively priced products, an impressive range of colours and a great customer experience every time. It’s an approach that has seen it attract over 1,000 customers nationwide – a number that looks set to grow with the introduction of the Spectus Mechanically Jointed VS to its portfolio.
