The recently launched website features a dedicated homepage for the UK & Ireland that will carry news, special offers and product information. Divided into individual product sectors, the new online shop is fully searchable by keywords, product descriptions or brand names as well as product fields, categories and groups.
This makes the website intuitively easy to navigate and makes the process of product selection really simple. Every product entry carries comprehensive technical information as well as recommended ancillary products, accessories and where required fitting instructions and certification.
Commenting on the website launch, Bohle Sales Promotions Manager, Alic McCabe said, ‘It has taken many months to finally bring the new website online but we are confident that customers will think it worth the wait. We have responded to their feedback about the old website and made choosing products from the new online shop much simpler.
Finding the right product is as easy as typing ‘shower hinges’ into the search, selecting a product field and then filtering what features are required. The website will automatically flag up all the shower hinges that meet the customers’ needs.’ Existing Bohle customers can order online via their account using a secure username and password. Customers without an account can apply online.
All online orders automatically qualify for an additional 3% discount and ex-stock goods are dispatched within 24-hours. Bohle Managing Director, Dave Broxton concludes, ‘Small businesses often have to do their administration in the evenings and the new Bohle online shop gives them access to a wealth of information on thousands of products which they can order online at any time of the day or night. For larger businesses placing volume orders, the 3% web shop discount is a valuable incentive to purchase online so I think our customers are going to appreciate the opportunities the website offers.’
