At glasstec 2006, FLEISCHLE presents its semi-automatic screen printing machine type MP-S for printing on flat glass. Important criterions of this machine are its short change-over times, easy machine handling, high productivity and realiability as well as optimal printing results.

With this well-proven machine type the glass panels can be manually loaded directly on the print table and positioned between masks in a 3-point-alignment system or by using a lifting device. Due to this no pre-positioning station is needed.

The printing machine is drawn up for single pieces as well as for large series and guarantees an absolute repeatability. A well planned construction enables to also print longer glass panels. The machine can also be integrated into a printing line and can be loaded and unloaded sideways via transferring conveyors.

The stable assembly of the machine in connection with other components for instance the well-proven print unit with anti-drip-system and the absolute plane print plate surface (Fleischle-patent) contribute to an effective printing result.

During the exhibition, print demonstrations on a semi-automatic FLEISCHLE screen printing machine type MP will be held.
