Well-respected trade and commercial fabricator Astraseal has seen a surge in demand for Alitherm 800, their innovative aluminium flush casement window.

Since launching the eye-catching product earlier in the year, the Wellingborough-firm has seen sales soar, becoming one of their fastest growing and most popular products. Alitherm 800 caught the attention of the market with its authentic design, combining smooth flush aesthetics with a slimline transom mullion profile. Add to this high-security lock options and friction hinges and Alitherm 800 presents a highly-desirable and faithful flush casement.

“The response we’ve seen so far for our new aluminium flush casement has been absolutely incredible, it’s such a strong validation of both the quality and the credibility of the system,” comments Colin Stanley, Operations Director at Astraseal. “In less than a year, the Alitherm 800 has become one of our best-selling products, a feat I can only attribute to its versatility – delivering a high-performance solution that suits everything from period applications to contemporary new-build projects and is far more cost-effective than its uPVC counterparts.”

Suitable for both residential and commercial applications, Alitherm 800 offers impressive U Values and a Window Energy Rating of ‘A’- thanks in-part to Smart’s renowned thermal break technology. It is also available in any RAL colour and can be finished in a shade from Smart’s Cotswold and Sensations collections.

“The early success has really made adding the line and the necessary investments completely worthwhile,” Colin adds. “We are fully committed at Astraseal to providing our customers with the tools they need to really grow their business and meet any demand. We are delighted to see that our customers have really got behind Alitherm 800.”

The flush casement headlines a full range of aluminium and uPVC glazing products available from Astraseal. In addition to Alitherm 800, the fabricator also offers windows, doors, conservatory packages, curtain walling and verandas from the industry’s leading systems houses and manufacturers including Smarts, Eurocell, REHAU and Synseal.

With one of the biggest portfolios in the industry, Astraseal has built a strong reputation for high-quality aluminium and uPVC products including windows, doors and conservatories. For over 30-years, operating from Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, Astraseal’s ethos has been to offer exceptional products with customer service that goes above and beyond.
