Donna Dickinson has been named Vice President of Development and Recruitment for the North American businesses of Saint-Gobain, the world’s largest building materials company.

The company employs 22,000 people in its North American businesses, which include Valley Forge-based CertainTeed Corporation, a manufacturer of roofing, siding, wallboard and insulation.

In this newly created position, Dickinson will be responsible for the company’s executive recruitment, succession planning and career development activities.

Prior to joining Saint-Gobain, Dickinson has had more than 25 years of experience in executive and organizational development as well as human resources in a wide range of industries. Her most recent position before joining Saint-Gobain was as Leadership Coach with Chrysler Financial. Dickinson’s career also includes human resources and leadership development positions with GE, Trane and PECO Energy, as well as her own consulting business.

Dickinson has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island and an M.A. in Applied Behavioral Science/Leading and Consulting from the School of Applied Behavioral Science, City University/Leadership Institute of Seattle. She resides in Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania.
