Anaheim Glass Inc., a 65-year-old company in Anaheim, has acquired Brundige Glass, a 46-year-old business in Brea.

Greg Wingert, whose grandfather started Anaheim Glass under the name Anaheim Glass and Parts, and Tim Brundige, whose father started Brundige Glass, are describing the deal as a merger.Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
