The 5th Annual Schuco Excellence Awards 2018 took place at the Saatchi Gallery in London on Thursday 21st June.

Entries showcased Design and Innovation and celebrate successful partnerships between Architects, Fabricators and specialist Contractors – taking schemes from early engagement via sketches through design development, fabrication, installation and handover of spectacular and challenging projects.

In 2017, Prism secured the Excellence Award for their installation of the prestigious scheme at the ARUP Building, Cambridge (also known as the David Attenborough Building). An amazing accolade to be awarded from an expert board of judges.

This year was no different – over 150 entries of impressive schemes across the UKjudged by a first rate board of judges including Ken Shuttleworth, Jason Flanagan and Steve Mudie. From tough competition, Prism once again won the Education Excellence Award for the Simon Sainsbury Centre, Cambridge project where we worked closely with Stanton Williams Architectural Practice.

The Awards continued with Prism also winning the prestigious Overall Excellence Award 2018! We are honoured to receive this award which is testament to the quality installations that Prism Architectural undertake and the hard work which goes into delivering these challenging schemes. Congratulations to all at Prism and here’s to the 2019 Awards!

Prism Architectural are always keen to work on challenging external envelope schemes.
