The site is located in Shandong Province near Jinan, which is a high-technology manufacturing center offering an educated workforce, easy transportation access, and closeness to customers.The new manufacturing facility, along with embedded product development and customer support center, will extend PGW's global reach for its innovative product and process technologies in order to serve the needs of global car producers in the important China market.Groundbreaking is planned for mid-February 2014, with production expected to begin in mid-2015.
When fully operational, the new facility will have capacity for two-million car-sets and employ in excess of 350 workers.
