Panattoni Europe, leader in the industrial space sector, completed another production and storage investment.

The new project is dedicated to Nippon Sheet Glass, one of the largest manufacturer of glass and glass products. The project, with a total area of 35,000 sqm, is located in EURO-PARK WISLOSAN Special Economic Zone of Tarnobrzeg.

Another investment in the Special Economic Zone

Panattoni Europe has delivered another large investment, this time for the Polish branch of Nippon Sheet Glass Co, one of the largest manufacturers of glass and glass products for the construction industry, automotive and special purpose glass sector. The combined area of the new development is 35,000 sqm. The production hall in which car glass will be manufactured occupies 13,500 sqm, the storage section - 16,700 sqm, and offices are designed across an area of 1,600 sqm. T he new investment was built on the EURO-PARK WISLOSAN Special Economic Zone of Tarnobrzeg site, situated in Chmielów, a few kilometers away from Tarnobrzeg and ca. thirty kilometers away from Sandomierz. Panattoni's facility was developed as the warehouse part of the larger factory project, a second production hall for Nippon Sheet Glass in Poland.

Location - Panattoni in Eastern Poland

The new facility is located 30 km to the south of the company's first production plant in Sandomierz, next to national road no. 9 linking Radom to Rzeszów and further to state border crossing in Barwinek. It constitutes a part of the European E371 route across south-eastern Poland and eastern Slovakia. It is one of the primary traffic routes from northern Poland to Rzeszów and further towards the south, reaching the Slovak border. Chmielów is situated within the limits of EURO-PARK WISLOSAN Special Economic Zone of Tarnobrzeg, a rapidly developing industrial center in south-eastern Poland.
