NSG Group Publishes CSR Report

The NSG Group has published its first Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Report. The new format replaces the Environmental Social Activity Report the Group has produced since 2004.

Group CEO Katsuji Fujimoto said “The publication of the Group’s first CSR Report represents an important development, reflecting both the organizational changes the Group has experienced over the past year and our determination to improve our CSR reporting.

This new format will enable us to provide more detail and data to enable our stakeholders to monitor our progress in all aspects of the field of Corporate Social Responsibility".

The Report includes a special feature on the NSG Group’s approach to Climate Change, with further sections covering environmental policies, progress on environmental targets and initiatives to tackle carbon emissions in the Flat Glass Business.

A ‘Stakeholders’ section, examines the Group’s relations with customers, shareholders and investors, employees, suppliers and local communities.
