Norton Abrasives Adds Versatile And Economical Cylindrical, Centerless and Surface Wheels And Segments To The Gemini® Abrasives Line

Date: 7 April 2007

The Norton bonded abrasives Gemini wheel line has expanded and now includes segments, cylindrical wheels, centerless wheels and surface wheels.

These products are ideal for small- to medium-size manufacturers that need one abrasive product for many different light production and maintenance jobs.

Like the current line of Norton Gemini portable discs, cut-off, and bench and pedestal wheels, the new Gemini products are made with quality aluminum oxide and silicon carbide abrasives, and long-lasting bonds that economically provide consistent performance and versatility. Job shops at metal fabricators and other manufacturers that produce small- to medium-size runs of quality components will find the proven performance of the Gemini products to be ideal for forming and finishing applications.
