During the GIMAV General Assembly held on June 12, Nancy Mammaro was elected President of GIMAV for the 2026–2030 term.

President and CEO of Mappi International Srl, Mammaro brings more than thirty years of entrepreneurial experience to the leadership of the Association, along with a strong international perspective and a long-standing commitment to promoting Italian manufacturing excellence worldwide.

Her appointment marks the beginning of a new phase for GIMAV, focused on strengthening the Association’s representation of the industry, expanding services for member companies, supporting internationalization initiatives, and enhancing the value of the entire Italian glass technology supply chain.

The new presidency aims to foster a path built on listening, participation, and practical action, with the goal of making GIMAV an even stronger, more authoritative, and widely recognized voice for the glass industry in Italy and across international markets.

GIMAV extends its best wishes to President Nancy Mammaro and the entire governance team as they begin this new chapter for the Association and its members.
