Machine Technologies Limited manufacture the MTLCCS which is a computer controlled spacer bar saw for aluminium and stainless steel spacer bar. The machine features two hand operation and an upcutting blade for operator safety.

The data to control the flying measure can either be supplied via the keyboard or cutting lists may be loaded via data stick or network link. the cutting blade speed is controlled by an invertor and may be programmed into the file for the type of bar being cut.

The machine can also be fitted with an optional printer to print variable text directly onto the spacer bar if required.

Most glass optimisation programs have a facility to output files which are suitable with our range of cutting tables and spacer bar saws.
