MP backs Knottingley glass factory

Pontefract and Castleford MP, Yvette Cooper visited a Knottingley glass factory to show her support for the company’s investment programme.

Stolzle Flaconnage welcomed the shadow home secretary to the company at Weeland Road last Friday.  

Ms Cooper, who first visited the company more than six years ago, was introduced to a number of improvements at the organisation, including the rebuilding of the furnace, creation of a customer centre and conference room and building of a mould design shop.
