Middle East Glass signs pact to buy Wadi Glass for LE 202 m

Middle East Glass S.A.E ("MEG") has signed definitive agreements with Wadi Holdings and the other shareholders of Wadi Glass Containers S.

A.E ("Wadi Glass"), a subsidiary of Wadi Holdings, whereby MEG will acquire the entire share capital of Wadi Glass.  The total purchase consideration for 100% of Wadi Glass shares is EGP 202 million.The acquisition is expected to be completed before the end of December 2013.
