Mark Funke named Best Glass Installer

Date: 21 November 2013

Mark Funke of Rosebud, formerly of Gerald, was named the Best Glass Installer by Glass Magazine in their 2013 awards.   Funke graduated from OHS in 2001 and went to work for Franklin County Glass shortly after that.

He spent 10 years learning to install glass of all kinds in all areas.

Three years ago, he decided to strike out on his own and formed Funke Glass & Glazing. Originally, he did all the work on his own from estimates to installing to billing. His company has now grown to include three additional installers and a secretary. Funke still does installing himself.

His company specializes in custom shower enclosures, custom mirrors, glass replacement, glass tabletops, commercial storefronts and automotive glass.
