We just got back from an exciting few days at the International Window Film Conference & Tint-Off in Louisville, Kentucky!  This event is the only true window film focused trade conference held in the United States and we were proud to participate as both a sponsor and exhibitor.

During the event we highlighted both our Madico and Sun-Gard lines of solar control products and gave demonstrations of our DefenZall™ Paint Protection Film. There were also several educational sessions available to attendees at the conference.  Our own Andy Hayes, Technical Services Engineer, presented the benefits of Efilm to dealers eager to learn more about how the program can help their businesses. Efilm was created specifically for the window film industry and provides potential clients an estimated return on investment and detailed information on how consumption can be reduced with window film.

The conference also consisted of an exciting Tint-Off Competition. Madico and Sun-Gard were proud to sponsor six dealers in the Automotive Tint-Off and David DeRocha of Adhesive Pro in Dallas, TX made it to the finals!  We also had three dealers compete in the Architectural Tint-Off with Hann Kim of STM (Solar Transmission Management) in Los Angeles, CA winning first place! Congratulations to our talented dealers!  Our own Bill Stewart, Business Development Manager – Automotive, served as one of the three Automotive Tint-Off judges.

Through all of our activities during the conference, we were able to connect with several current customers and many prospects. Madico is a proud member of IWFA and we look forward to next year’s event which will conveniently be in Tampa, Florida.
