Linetec hires Jeff Fochs to serve customers in the East-Central territory

Linetec, the nation’s largest independent architectural finisher, named Jeffrey A.

Fochs, Jr. as an associate. He will provide customers in the East-Central territory with paint and anodize finishing services for products such as aluminum windows, wall systems, doors, hardware and other architectural metal components.

Based in Wausau, Wis., Fochs draws from more than two decades of experience in the building products and services. Most recently, he worked as a western U.S. territory manager for Vicwest Inc. Headquartered in Ontario, Canada, Vicwest is a leading manufacturer of exterior building products, including metal roofing, siding, decking, insulated metal panels and architectural panels.

Previously, Fochs was employed by a Seattle-based design/build firm with sales and design responsibilities. His career path also includes territory management positions with a window manufacturer, building materials providers and contractors headquartered in Wisconsin. Fochs also has served as an alderman for the City of Wausau, Wis., where he assisted with planning for the central business district’s master plan.

Fochs earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and pursues professional development opportunities with Construction Specifications Institute (CSI). He also will represent Linetec at CSI, American Institute of Architects (AIA) and U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) exhibitions and educational events.
