KAT has been commissioned to manufacture and install Schüco bifolding doors and Tilt & Turn Windows in a series of penthouses in Soho.

These stunning apartments are on the market for £5 million each and as can be seen, have amazing views across to the Thames. Looking carefully, one can see the London Eye and other famous London landmarks.

Our Schüco range was selected by the client simply because they wanted the very best products available and were insistent that only Schüco would meet their criteria as Schüco bifolding doors offer the ultimate in design, performance and quality.

Often seen and admired in Grand Designs programmes, Schüco bifolds are chosen for the superior advantages they bring over other bifold solutions. Every detail from the initial design, to how the doors are manufactured and installed, all combine to deliver the ultimate aluminium bifolding door solution.

The bifolding doors in particular are true ‘fit and forget’ products, vital in such high-profile properties.

The end result is stunning, opening up the London skyline, allowing the lucky owners to make full use of their balconies.
