Revolutionary product can help aging buildings save more than 20 percent in annual energy costsPedricktown, N.

J., May 11, 2012 – J.E. Berkowitz, LP, will exhibit its RENOVATE by Berkowitz (RbB) Platinum Series window retrofit technology at booth 3017 during the 2012 American Institute of Architects’ (AIA) National Convention and Design Exposition in Washington, D.C., May 17 – 19.

The RbB Platinum Series window retrofit system converts existing single-pane windows into energy-saving, triple-glazed insulating glass units (IGUs). Intended for 30- to 60-year-old buildings, the system maintains a building’s exterior while offering more than 20 percent in annual energy savings. Because the RbB system is applied to an existing window’s interior surface, it allows the building to remain completely enclosed during installation and avoids costs associated with relocating tenants. In addition, the system can be installed two to three times faster and at about half the cost of a traditional “rip-out-and-replace” project.

For more information about how the RbB system can help aging buildings reduce energy consumption by thousands of dollars, as well as labor and related costs, stop by booth 3017, call (800) 257-7827 or visit www.jeberkowitz.com/Renovate.
