It’s show time for Inagas

Date: 6 June 2014

Hot on the heels of experiencing a busy Triple Glazing Question (TGQ), the Inagas team has been busy travelling the globe to bring their range of gas filling machinery and testing equipment for insulated glass units to the international market.

Moving swiftly from Coventry to Shanghai for the 25th China Glass Expo, Inagas demonstrated a straightforward Step by Step process for perfect gas filled IGUs alongside international partners Sparklike and Quanex.

The process is simple, from analysis gas fill to testing: Step 1, use the Spyglass device from Sparklike to analyse the IG unit structure and glass thickness. Step 2: Gas fill quickly and efficiently using the Smartfill, which uses the unique SmartStart filling system to enhance productivity. Step 3: Check the Argon or Krypton concentration using Sparklike’s Gasglass analyser for non-invasive testing.

From China, the Inagas team travelled to VETECO in Madrid where they showcased the popular Smartfill 2 and the recently launched Interfill machines, to great interest. Chris Kemp, Director at Inagas comments: “It’s been great to show the international market that gas filling needn’t be difficult. We have had a productive few weeks with our international partners Quanex, Sparklike and ADA Distribuciones, generating some good leads and bringing this message to Europe and the fast growing market in China.

“Of course, we haven’t forgotten the UK, and we will come full circle by re-joining Edgetech on the TGQ stand (162) at the FIT Show to demonstrate the Smartfill 2 machine, which is geared towards triple glazing, and advise visitors on the best gas filling option for them.”
