Introducing VisionInk

Date: 4 December 2015

VisionInk® ushers in a new era of possibilities in designing with glass. Ultra-durable ceramic inks that are indelibly bonded into the glass significantly extend the possibilities for this remarkable substrate.

With or without Glasshape‘s signature glass-curving, VisionInk® can turn plain balustrading, partitioning or windows into stunning works of art, and offers a genuine alternative to building envelope applications. With VisionInk® and Glasshape you can discover the true capabilities of glass. More info here.

November 2015 represents the culmination of a 2 year, $3M investment programme that comprehensively extends our glass processing capabilities. The investments not only ensure reliable, consistent supply of raw material and the ability to test in-house; but have allowed us to install state-of-the-art printing technology. Photorealistic imagery up to 720dpi is effortlessly achieved on glass as these shots illustrate, and we look forward to discussing how this may be incorporated into your next project.

We were honoured to have our Prime Minister the Rt. Hon. John Key officially open the facilities earlier this month. See a short video showcasing the new equipment in action here:
